  Understaffed, long wait time, and very inconvenient waiting on line. Having to dodge shoppers/shopping carts.

  This is the worst SunTrust I have been too! You get lied to the face, you get profiled as a customer and denied simple customer service. So my experience in short I needed to get out of the account I was in which I wasn't primary for. I went and asked politely to be taken out of the account and leave the rightful owner to which I get a reply of we don't do that we close the account and that's it. She didn't study the situation see the account they want to close has over 8 years of records and it's attached to many companies that automatically deduct their payments from there and would have to call over 20 companies to update the account info. I AM SURE SUNTRUST HAS GUIDLINES AS TO WHAT TO DO IN THIS SITUATION! Non where taken even the care of knowing what thw situation was and work on how to solve it. So to explain the situation to the other account holder I call but my phone is messing up to what I ask the branch manager (who was leaving at 3pm don't know how that works in a bank but she definitely had an attitude which I wasn't the cause of) to please use the bank phone to make a call to which she ignored me and continues to say hi to an employee of the Wal-Mart with a hug and a kiss and continues to talk blowing me off when she finishes laughing and the looks how other customers are looking at her because of what she did she sarcastically and very stuck up way smiles at me and asked me what was it that I wanted not needed and I collecting myself calmly answered that I needed to use the phone of bank to which she at the phone in my hand and me straight into the eyes with an attitude and the fake smile and says our phone only work to call SunTrust you can use customer service ok? I shut her down and ignored her and went to CS contacted the other account holder and went back. They had already left and I found a older lady very sweet and understanding. I was waiting on the call from the other holder to no avail so I asked her if she could call a customer from her phone TOO WHICH SHE ANSWERED YES! So the branch manager literally lied to my face and gave me an attitude! So I finally got to explain the situation which the other account holder didn't agree because we where told otherwise by another Banker of SunTrust that we could do this the same way we actually joined into the account. What hurts me the most is that I was looking rough since I haven't seen my Barber in 2 week's and was going after the visit there and she took a prejudice approach to me BEING FROM THE SAME ETHNICITY AND COUNTRY. It was auch a great disgusts that I am amazed why they don't clean house and hire true professional and people who can really handle public and customers from a neutral position! All in all this branch sucks big time worst SunTrust ever and no this is not the first time something happens in this branch! It reminds me why I don't bank with them and honestly not even look that way! They only good people there where the bold older guy and the Indian lady other than that I have never had a good experience with this bank the space should be used for something else I rather if by any chance have to in the future deal with SunTrust go to the next town! P.S. it's Gretchen the branch manager just read Marcus Rivera's comment and it is as he says!
